RFIDAeroCheck, an RFID system deployed by the largest airline in the world, checks for the presence and expiration dates of various emergency equipment items in the aircraft cabin. It can be used for the daily presence check of life vests under seats to the quarterly expiration date check of the hidden O2 Generators. It gives advanced maintenance planning and purchase planning data, allowing for reduced inventory and maximum life from each component. For a 150 seat aircraft, all the O2 Gens can be tagged (in place) and inducted in 40 minutes, and data can be re-checked anytime with a 30 second walk from cockpit to galley. Webex demos available.
